New Vitamin Regimin

Update: Well my eye has been twitching a little bit less. But it’s not cured. I don’t know if it’s the magnesium or if it’s just time. I’ve switched the taking a table spoon of Chia seeds in place of the fish oil because I’d rather have a non-animal source of omegas. I can’t tell a difference, that is to say the chia seems to be working just as well as the fish oils. In contrast to my ambiguous feelings about the magnesium in treating my muscle twitching, I do notice an enormous difference in my mental clarity when taking the omega oils from whatever source.
